This has been a historic season for Girona Football Club. The club's best year in professional football. However, the club comes from far away and has a history that needs to be claimed, especially in years like this. To know where we are, it is very important to know where we come from.

The City Museums want to offer a journey through the years of Girona FC history through objects and emblematic heritage elements of a club, which will celebrate its ninety-fifth anniversary next year. From the previous teams like Strong FC and Unión Deportiva Gerona, the early years, each of the successful and less successful decades that have preceded us, until reaching the present day. We do this by enabling small spaces or corners in each Museum where we exhibit iconic and unique objects.
We want to claim current success of a journey through history, thanks to very interesting objects from the collections of Pere Carmaniu, Joan Callicó, Nitus Granados, Albert Mateos, Albert Martínez and the club itself.
