We hope you enjoy your visit to the Cinema Museum. To make this a satisfactory experience for all visitors, the Cinema Museum indicates a several good practices during your visit or stay at the museum. People who do not comply may be asked to leave the building by museum staff.
You cannot bring animals into the museum, except guide dogs.
You can take photographs without flash and recordings in home format in the permanent exhibition. The use of tripods or selfie sticks is not permitted. For press and other image needs, please contact the museum in advance at comunicacio@museudelcinema.cat.
Maintain a moderate volume during calls or using the audio guide.
All rooms and spaces of the museum have free Wi-Fi.
You cannot eat or drink during the museum visit.
You cannot run, scream or shout through the rooms to avoid accidents and inconvenience to other visitors. In order to protect and preserve the museum's heritage, you cannot touch the objects located behind the railings or catenaries, nor rest on the display cases.
In the event of evacuation, instructions from museum staff and emergency exit signs must be followed.
The group companions are responsible for all the members they accompany and for compliance with these good practices. When booking your visit, please check the rules that apply to groups.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
The last admission to the permanent exhibition is 45 minutes before the museum closes. The rooms of permanent exhibition close 10 minutes before the end of the museum's opening day.
Smoking is not allowed in any space of the building.
In the museum is forbiden to access with any vehicle mobility system such as bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or any other transportation device, except those necessary for people with reduced mobility and children's strollers.
