The Museum of Cinema's Educational Service has a wide-ranging programme of activities for schoolchildren of all ages. The aim of the proposals is to strengthen the teaching side of the school's visit to the museum, to work on the links between the museum and the school, and to promote the use of the museum as an educational resource. The educational service also proposes activities addressed to the general public that facilitate knowledge and access to the museum's cultural heritage.
On this journey through 400 years of images you will be accompanied by the museum's educators, who with their high level of training and experience will help all those taking part, young and old, to discover the origins of the cinema in order to try to understand the present moment, characterized by the overwhelming importance of audio-visual communication, a little better.
The educational service of the Museum of Cinema proposes a wide range of activities for students from 3 to 18 years old, in different languages: guided tours of the permanent exhibition and workshops (Chinese shadows, magic lantern, photography, making a short movie, tricks of early cinema, image animation, cinema & music...)
