Practical information about the reservation and the activity in the museum:

It is essential to make the reservation of educational activities at least 15 days in advance of the planned date of the visit. The museum will propose dates and times at the center, depending on availability.

Groups wishing to visit the museum freely must also book their visit in advance. Depending on the capacity of the museum, a date and time of visit will be given, which must be strictly adhered to. If the group does not arrive at the museum at the scheduled time, they may lose their turn and may not enter the museum until a new time slot is available.

The schedule agreed in the reservation is the start of the activity. It is recommended to arrive at the museum 5-10 minutes before this in order to be able to welcome and start on time.

The group's companions must be present throughout the development of the educational proposal, whether inside or outside the museum. They are responsible for the good behavior of the students in their group.

Payment for the activity can be made at the museum box office on the same day of the visit or later by bank transfer.

Cancellation of one of the groups or the visit without notice, at least 24 hours before, involves the payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

The museum is a public space, so it is important to follow this rules of behavior:

• You cannot eat or drink inside the museum.
• You must follow the instructions of the activity educator and the museum managers at all times.
• It is allowed to take photographs (without flash).
• The teachers and companions must be present throughout the activity and are responsible for ensuring that these rules of behavior are observed by their students.
• Groups maximum 27 students.

Practical information for the organization of the trip to the Museum of Cinema and Girona City:

In front of the Cinema Museum there are two large public squares (Santa Susanna square and 1st. October 2017 square) with benches, fountains, bars and restaurants where you can have breakfast, lunch, rest, play, etc. In the event of rain, just behind the museum, there is a porched square (Plaça Josep Pla), where you can take shelter.

Keep in mind that if you come by bus, it will not drop you off right next to the Museum of Cinema. The bus parking spaces for loading/unloading school children in Girona are at a distance of about 10-15 minutes walking from the museum.
