Film actors embody the most complete mythology of the century, an authentic evocation of the modern Olympus. Not just for their power to create nodes, but also as shapers of different attitudes to life, capable of producing identification and rejection, admiration and hatred. Through the types of actors we can witness a catalogue of ways of dealing with contemporary conflicts. Hollywood set up an authentic myth-making machine, which included the physical modelling of actors.
