We will discover the locations in Girona that have become a film and tv set.

We will watch scenes from movies and series filmed in Girona, from "Gérone, la Venise espagnole" (Segundo de Chomón, 1912) to the sixth season of the series "Game of Thrones" (HBO, 2016), to highlight how the city has served as the backdrop for numerous local, national, and international fictions, either portraying itself or evoking other real or imagined cities.

Guided tour to the most well-known places in downtown Girona to discover not only how they have been represented and incorporated into film and television narratives, but also how they have been transformed to meet the script's needs.

Objectives:

- Identify the most iconic locations used as film sets.
- Learn about the urban and social transformation of the city through audiovisual representation.
- Discover the main film and television productions shot in Girona.
- Learn technical and post-production resources for transforming a real location.

4.5 EUR per student (groups of more than 19 students) / 180 EUR per group (groups of 19 students or fewer).
