Peep show box

Patented by the same manufacturer of the Polyorama Panoptique, it is the simplest and most portable version of this toy. Like a kind of conical iron telescope, on the narrow side is the lens through which we look at an 8 cm circular lithography, printed double-sided, and placed on the wide side of the cone. It has two openings to change light on the view, one at the top and the other on the back of the device.
