Magic lantern for family use by the prestigious Parisian manufacturer of magic lanterns Louis Aubert. It is made of tin; however, unlike other multicoloured lanterns in its catalogue, this one is monochrome with beautiful borders decorated with stars manually stamped on the sides of the device. Support for glass slides with the images to be projected, built into the body of the lantern, is also very rare.
