91 photographs of film actors and actresses of the silent era of Hollywood, most of them dedicated or signed.
On 24th November 2006, Àngel Brossa Gutés, Isabel Brossa Gutés and Helena Brossa Gutés donated to the Museum of Cinema the 91 photographs of film actors and actresses from the silent era of Hollywood, most of them dedicated or signed. This donation also includes ten of the letters that American production companies used to send with the photographs, and three film programmes.
All this material was compiled and kept by the three donors' father, Jaume Brossa i Sobré (Sabadell, 1908-1983), who used to write to American production companies to ask for these photographs.
